We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order handled. Perhaps you would like an alternative item, perhaps in a different colour or size. There may be the option to wait for an item to become available again.

Security in electronic payment - Elevate Design guarantees the confidentiality of your financial data by taking the purchase directly to the transactional area of your franchise credit card or bank if you are using Mastercard or Visa. The checking of your financial information is made in the server of your credit card provider or bank. Elevate Design does not have access at any time to this information. No one can make use of your information without permission, since the information is unreadable (encrypted comes to the bank). In this way, payment by credit card is completely safe. For added security, your data is not stored on our server, so you must re-enter all information for each new order.


RECEIPT/INVOICE
If the delivery address is the same address of the purchaser, the receipt will come included with the products. If the delivery address is different from the address of the purchaser, the receipt will arrive by e-mail to the buyer.


SHIPPING POLICY
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney by Australia Post to arrive within 3-10 business days from receipt of your order. Longer periods are required for international orders.
Elevate Design is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
Elevate Design bears no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person if a signature is required upon delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.


RETURNS POLICY
If you find that the good/s you have received are not what you paid for, Elevate Design will fully refund or exchange the item provided that is returned within 14 days of theĀ receipt of purchase.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and email notification.
Postage will not be refunded.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Elevate Design policy is subject to the additional rights consumers have to law.
