PAYMENT OPTIONS
Elevate gladly accepts payments for online purchases by credit card. Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your online purchase is completed the order process begins. Your order will be shipped to you once payment is approved and the item/s are located in stock. If any of ordered items are currently not in stock you will be notified by email.
CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, occasionally orders or parts of an order may have to be cancelled due to items not being available. Cancellation may involve difficulties in processing your payment, incorrect address details, duplicate orders were placed or the customer has cancelled the order.
If your order is cancelled you will receive an email which will explain the reason and you will not be billed for any cancelled orders/items.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Please contact Elevate within 7 days of receipt of your order if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Elevate wants you to enjoy using our products and be fully satisfied when you receive your order. If you are not satisifed with what you have ordered online, you may return the product/s for a full refund of the items purchase price within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
The item/s must be returned in a new and unused condition in the original packaging and paperwork. There should be no signs of wear or tear of the product or packaging or be altered in any way. Elevate can not accept any item with any indication that it has been used.
All items properly returned under these conditions are eligible for a refund or a store credit.
